Everyone holds up five fingers. Read the card out loud, and anyone who has done the thing puts one finger down. The last person with a finger still up wins, and the stories you hear along the way are the real prize.
Add the names of the people in the room and the phone keeps count for you: tap whoever has done it, then go to the next card. Pick Family for a table with kids and grandparents, Friends for school, work and the group chat, or Party for exes, dates and awkward nights out.
Good to know
Good rounds come from honest answers, so agree on one rule before you start: whoever puts a finger down can be asked one follow-up question. Any card that does not suit the room can be skipped with Next, and nobody has to explain a skip. Cards already played go to the back of the deck, so a second game the same night still feels new.

Never have I ever had a nickname I did not like.
Never have I ever grown a plant from a seed.
Never have I ever been afraid of the dark.
Never have I ever waved at a stranger and then pretended I was fixing my hair.
Never have I ever eaten something so spicy that my eyes watered.
Never have I ever had a pet hamster escape and hide somewhere in the house.
Never have I ever skipped a song I secretly love because someone else was in the car.
