By using Plamigo you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple: free games, no accounts, and a few rules that keep games fun for everyone.

Using the games

• Plamigo is free to play for personal, non-commercial fun, at home, at parties, in class or at work.
• Do not try to break, overload or cheat the game server, use bots to play or answer, or copy the question bank.
• Party game dares are suggestions. Skip anything that is unsafe, unkind or unwelcome; you are responsible for what you do.

Nicknames, reports and custom quizzes

• You are responsible for the nicknames you choose and the quizzes you write. Do not use them for anything hateful, sexual, threatening, illegal or personal about someone else.
• Do not upload or paste content you do not have the right to share.
• A room host can remove players, and quizzes or names that break these rules may be removed without notice. Rooms and custom quizzes are not a place to keep anything important.

Questions and names

The questions are written and checked with care, but mistakes can happen; the Report button after each answer is there to fix them. Names of films, series, games, clubs and people are used only to make trivia about them. Plamigo is not affiliated with or endorsed by their owners.

The site itself

Plamigo is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Games, categories and features can change or be removed at any time. To the extent the law allows, Plamigo is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site.

The design, the games, the logo and the questions are Plamigo's work. Pictures in picture questions belong to their authors and are used under the licences listed on the image credits page.
